25 Micron Filter Bag - 
25 Micron filter bags are made of 25 micron polyester filter fabric, PP filter fabric or PA filter fabric. Small polymer fibers of varying diameters and lengths are forced into a matrix. One side is singed, a process that further locks the filaments together on the downstream surface. PET, Polypropylene and Nylon filter material is the most filter material in liquid filter industry.
Filter bags’ shape, bags’ size(7×17”, 7×32”, 4×8”, and 4×14” are the standard sizes), feed pressure, rate of flow, consistency and loading of the contaminates which can affects the filtration results in application. You must select the right filter media, bag size and micron mesh according filtration medium.
Needle filter fabric(PET, PP) have a higher dirt capacity and flow rate compare with the weave medth filter bag(Polyamide, PE, Polypropylene) and is much more resistant to clogging. Liquid filter bag is disposable.
